Yes. The Overlook serves as the primary reception space and is required for all weddings at Revel Run.
Is The Overlook rental required for weddings?
The Overlook comfortably hosts up to 220 guests for a seated reception. Note that this requires all dancing be done in the Foxhole.
How many guests can The Overlook accommodate?
Yes. The Overlook is available as an indoor ceremony option in the event of inclement weather or by request.
Can we host our ceremony indoors?
Yes. The Overlook is fully climate-controlled for year-round comfort.
Is the space climate-controlled?
Yes, in fact, most of our couples do! The Foxhole may be added as an optional space for cocktail hour, late-night celebrations, or rehearsal gatherings, subject to availability.
Can we add the Foxhole Biergarten to our rental?
A two-hour weekday rehearsal is included, scheduled around other events.
Can we rehearse on-site?
Just a short walk. After the ceremony, guests either head to the Biergarten for cocktail hour (if added) or follow the path toward the front entrance to enter The Overlook.
How far is the ceremony site from the reception space?
Yes. Your rental of The Overlook includes access to both a private bridal suite and a groom’s suite, providing comfortable, thoughtfully designed spaces for getting ready and relaxing throughout the day.
Are getting-ready suites included with The Overlook rental?
All rental items and vendor deliveries must arrive on the day of the event and be removed the same day following the celebration. Advance drop-offs and overnight storage are not available, so we recommend coordinating timelines directly with your vendor team.
When can vendors deliver and remove rental items?
I ask for a retainer to confirm your photo shoot or date. For photo shoots this is $75, for weddings it is 50% of the agreed price. Once I received the retainer payment, your date is secured!
What is required to secure a date?

Generally, the shoot takes place as usual when the weather is cloudy. Cloudy weather is actually more desirable than shooting in strong sunlight. However, if it rains, we will reschedule to a new session date!
What if the weather is too bad on the day of our photo session?

Within 3 to 4 weeks you will receive the photos through your own password protected online gallery. For weddings, you will receive a detailed preview within 5 business days.
When will we receive the images?

Absolutely!Through your private online gallery, you can choose and download your own photos. The number of downloads depends on the package you booked. Of course, you can still order additional photos, should you not be able to choose. ;)
