All bar services at Revel Run include the same professional base—so you can feel confident knowing the setup, service, and details are fully covered.

Each bar tier includes a curated beverage experience, with flexibility built in. When selecting your tier, you’ll choose three beers and two wines from our approved beer and wine offerings, allowing you to tailor the bar to your taste while keeping service streamlined and efficient.

This approach ensures a well-rounded selection for guests without overwhelming the bar setup. Our team is always happy to guide you through the options and help you select crowd-pleasing combinations.

Step 4: Finalize Your Bar Selection & Service Estimate

When you’re ready to book, you’ll make an initial bar selection—including your preferred beverage tier, estimated guest count, and any add-ons you’d like to include at that time. Based on your estimated headcount, we will determine the appropriate number of bartenders required, with one bartender provided per 50 guests. Each bartender is $250 and includes five hours of bar service, along with one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown. These details allow us to provide an estimated bar service total, which will be outlined in your contract so you have clear expectations from the start.

Approximately 60 days before your wedding, our lead coordinator will schedule a dedicated planning call to review key logistical details, including your bar selections. During this call, you may update your guest count, adjust beverage selections, add or remove add-ons, and submit any special requests or substitutions.

From that 60-day planning milestone until your final payment is due (14 days prior to the wedding), you may continue to make adjustments to your headcount and bar selections as needed. All changes must be finalized by the final payment deadline to ensure accurate ordering and seamless service on your wedding day.

All beer, wine, liquor selections, and any substitutions must be finalized no later than 60 days prior to your wedding. While substitutions within your selected tier may be available, additional charges may apply depending on the request. Due to ordering and inventory timelines, availability cannot be guaranteed prior to this finalization window.

Bartender Fees

We are happy to accommodate reasonable substitutions for beer, wine, or liquor offerings when possible. Requests outside of the standard selections may be subject to an upgrade fee and must be submitted at but not before the 60-day deadline to allow adequate time for sourcing.

Yes. All bar packages include premium plastic, shatter-resistant bar cups selected for durability, safety, and ease of service throughout both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Are bar cups and glassware included in the bar packages?

Yes. We offer non-alcoholic bar options, including curated mocktail selections, which can be added to any bar package.  

Is non-alcoholic service available?

No. Add-ons may be selected at booking or deferred until your 60-day planning call.

Do we need to decide add-ons at booking?

Your bar estimate is adjusted based on your updated guest count. Final headcount numbers must be submitted prior to final payment to ensure proper ordering.

What happens if our guest count changes?

Substitutions may be available depending on the request and are subject to availability and potential upgrade fees. All special requests must be submitted by the 60-day planning milestone.

Can we request substitutions or special brands?

Yes. Initial selections are used to provide an estimate in your contract. Final adjustments to headcount, beverage tiers, add-ons, and substitutions can be made after your 60-day planning call and must be finalized by the final payment deadline.

Can we change our selections after booking?

All beer, wine, liquor selections, and substitution requests are reviewed during your 60-day planning call. Adjustments may be made through final payment, which is due 14 days prior to your wedding.

When do we need to finalize our bar selections?

I ask for a retainer to confirm your photo shoot or date. For photo shoots this is $75, for weddings it is 50% of the agreed price. Once I received the retainer payment, your date is secured!

What is required to secure a date?

Generally, the shoot takes place as usual when the weather is cloudy. Cloudy weather is actually more desirable than shooting in strong sunlight. However, if it rains, we will reschedule to a new session date!

What if the weather is too bad on the day of our photo session?

Within 3 to 4 weeks you will receive the photos through your own password protected online gallery. For weddings, you will receive a detailed preview within 5 business days.

When will we receive the images?

Absolutely!Through your private online gallery, you can choose and download your own photos. The number of downloads depends on the package you booked. Of course, you can still order additional photos, should you not be able to choose. ;)
