Guests arrive via a gentle paved walkway that opens to a grassy ceremony space nestled beneath a grand oak and shaggy bark hickory. With close proximity to the pond and natural tree cover, this site provides beautiful water views along with welcome shade throughout the ceremony.

Fox Knoll is a raised grassy ceremony site with sweeping views of the pond and surrounding rolling landscape. Easily accessible via a short walk, this elevated setting feels open and expansive while remaining closely connected to the flow of the day. Its location near the Foxhole makes it a natural choice for couples planning a seamless transition to cocktail hour.
Fox Knoll
Whispering Pines offers a peaceful, slightly more secluded ceremony experience. Guests follow a winding paved path through a stand of tall pine trees before arriving at a gently elevated ceremony site. Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the water beyond, this setting feels intimate, tucked away, and quietly breathtaking.

Absolutely. In the event of inclement weather, ceremonies can be moved indoors to The Overlook with minimal disruption to your timeline.
Is there a backup plan for bad weather?
Yes. We provide mahogany wood folding chairs as well as your choice of two ceremony arches—a classic wooden arch or a modern double triangle arch.
Are chairs and ceremony décor included?
Definitely. Couples are welcome to add florals, aisle décor, signage, and personal touches. We simply ask that installations are approved by our team.
Can we customize the ceremony décor?
Yes—we support all unity rituals and cultural traditions. Just let us know in advance so we can help prepare the space.
Do you allow unity ceremonies or special traditions?
Yes. The site features a smooth walking path and nearby parking. Golf cart transport can be arranged for guests who need extra assistance.
Is the ceremony site easily accessible for guests?
A two-hour weekday rehearsal is included, scheduled around other events.
Can we rehearse on-site?
Just a short walk. After the ceremony, guests either head to the Biergarten for cocktail hour (if added) or follow the path toward the front entrance to enter The Overlook.
How far is the ceremony site from the reception space?
Yes. Amplified sound is permitted at the ceremony site, and there is convenient access to power for your DJ or musicians. We do recommend that all entertainment vendors bring appropriate extension cords to ensure easy setup.
Can musicians or DJs set up at the ceremony site?
Your photography team may access the ceremony space early to capture details, scenic shots, and your first look if desired.
